This page explains what data is processed when you use the My Blood Pressure mobile app and this website.
The mobile app
My Blood Pressure stores all of your readings and settings exclusively on your device. There is no account, no cloud sync and no analytics or advertising SDK. The app does not transmit your health data to us or to any third party. Exports (CSV / PDF) are created on your device and only shared if you explicitly choose to share them.
This website
The website is hosted to provide product information and a contact form. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) may be processed by the hosting provider for the purpose of operating the service and protecting it from abuse. These logs are not used to build profiles and are deleted in line with the hosting provider's retention policy.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, the information you provide (name, email address, topic, message) is sent to app@bloodpressure-app.net via an SMTP email provider. We use this data solely to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual / contractual) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact app@bloodpressure-app.net. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
